Eunhyuk and Donghae of the Second Generation K-pop boy band Super Junior have established their own company, ODE Entertainment, where they are both co-CEOs.
Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and Donghae have officially created their own agency, ODE Entertainment, in K-pop’s second generation. They have both been appointed as Co-CEOs. On September 1, their formal label was announced.

SM Entertainment revealed in July that, while Super Junior’s group contract had been renewed, Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun had chosen not to renew their individual contracts with the agency. On September 1, it was announced that Eunhyuk and Donghae had formed their own agency, ODE Entertainment. According to industry sources, Eunhyuk and Donghae’s exclusivity contracts with SM Entertainment ended on August 31, and they formally took over as co-CEOs of ODE Entertainment on September 1.
A source close to the two also disclosed that Eunhyuk and Donghae, who have been long-time close friends, co-founded the company. They intend to continue their separate efforts while also pursuing their D&E combo operations under ODE Entertainment. The source also stated that once the company is properly established, they will consider hiring more artists. According to the source, despite the fact that their exclusive contracts with SM have expired, both of them have a strong fondness for Super Junior and wish to participate in the group’s activities. On the same day, ODE Entertainment acknowledged its official establishment in a statement to Newsen. Following the termination of their contracts with SM Entertainment, Donghae and Eunhyuk created ODE Entertainment and took on the positions of co-CEOs. Won Yong Sun, Super Junior’s manager, who appeared alongside them on the MBC variety show “The Manager,” has also joined the new firm.
What exactly is Super Junior-D&E?
SUPER JUNIOR-D&E is the sixth subunit of the boy band SUPER JUNIOR, who made their debut on December 16, 2011, with their single “Oppa, Oppa.” This subunit is made up of two members of Super Junior: Donghae and Eunhyuk. While the notion of a subunit inside a K-pop group is not new, Super Junior was the first idol group to pioneer it, with subunits such as Super Junior K.R.Y, Super Junior-T, Super Junior-M, Super Junior-H, and Super Junior D&E.
Donghae is primarily in charge of the group’s sound, typically co-composing and co-writing their songs. In terms of performance, Eunhyuk takes the lead, handling choreography and stage directing.
