The much-anticipated Ranbir Kapoor film Animal, which is set to open in theaters on December 1, 2023, has finally released a trailer. The movie also stars Triptii Dimri, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Ranbir. When the film was first announced in the year 2021, during the pandemic, Parineeti Chopra was supposed to star with Ranbir Kapoor, who is now played by Rashmika. Rashmika was chosen to play the role of Geetanjali in Animal when Parineeti had to leave the picture due to specific circumstances.

The 35-year-old actress Parineeti Chopra, who recently wed AAP leader Raghav Chadha, spoke about her difficult decision to leave the Vanga-directed film earlier in an interview with India Today. She made her choice since she wanted to work with Diljit Dosanjh in Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila. It is a necessary part of life, and we all have to make decisions, she remarked. You decide what’s best for yourself. Rashmika Mandanna, who had become a household name with the enormous success of Pushpa: The Rise, was nevertheless cast as Geetanjali in Animal after she decided not to proceed with the production.

The preview for the eagerly awaited upcoming movie Animal offers a glimpse into the strong father-son bond forged by blood. Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna all delivered standout performances in the teaser as their individual characters. Furthermore, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, and Saurabh Sachdeva are among the film’s brilliant ensemble cast.
As was already mentioned, Ranbir Kapoor portrays the film’s lead role, which centers on the tense connection between a father and his son. The father of Ranbir Singh’s character in the story, Balbir Singh, is portrayed by seasoned actor Anil Kapoor. As Geethanjali, the main character’s wife, Rashmika Mandanna, a well-known South Indian actress, portrays the female protagonist.

Animal was supposed to be out on August 11, 2023, however owing to unfinished post-production work, the release date was moved to December 1, 2023.

Many people expressed their excitement for the movie on X (previously Twitter) and remarked on Ranbir Kapoor’s stunning performance. Not everyone, though, was moved by the movie; several others also expressed their dissatisfaction.
This December 1st, Animal is scheduled to arrive in theaters.
