Introduction
Born into an agricultural family in the small Andhra Pradesh hamlet of K. Mr. Adityaram was a stellar student who always raised his hand to respond in class and achieved academic success. After the family moved to Rajahmundry from Jagannadhapuram, Mr. Adityaram completed his tenth and twelfth grades at Veerasa Lingam Higher Secondary School.
After finishing school, Mr. Adityaram wanted to further his education. However, Mr. Adityaram’s father forbade him from leaving their village. As a result, his headmaster and teachers suggested that the class’ top student would perform better if sent to study outside of their village. After hearing their arguments, Mr. Adityaram’s parents agreed to let him pursue a degree in mechanical engineering outside of Chennai.
Being the first graduate in the family or village, Mr. Adityaram studied and became an expert in mechanical engineering at Chennai, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He was renowned for his ability to lead, his vision, and his enthusiasm for business. He participated in an ITCOT, Chennai, Entrepreneurship Development Program and used his leisure time to investigate other industries for company prospects at the Guindy Technical Library. Despite his family history, he followed his vision and came to the conclusion that real estate would be the successful future.
After graduating from college in Chennai, Mr. Adityaram wanted to launch his own company, but his parents wanted him to work for the government because his son was the top student. At first, it was difficult to persuade his father, but Mr. Adityaram asked for two years to settle and conduct business, and he eventually consented to the terms.
