Kaun Banega Crorepati
Amitabh Bachchan presented the show for the first time on Indian television on July 3, 2000.[5] Initially, KBC gave competitors the opportunity to win Rs. 1 crore. The series’ falling ratings prepared the door for its rapid reformatting as Junior KBC, featuring children as participants, which began airing on May 6, 2001.[6][7] The season concluded on December 31, 2001.[8] During its first season, the programme was warmly appreciated.
