After a pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar, the Ambani family has planned a second fete in Italy, this time on a boat. The ship will go from Italy to France, entertaining all 900 (estimated) passengers with ceremonies, festivities, and performances one after the other.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding celebration began on May 29, 2024, on a magnificent cruise with the theme ‘La Vita È Un Viaggio,’ meaning ‘life is a journey’. The trip will begin in Palermo, Italy, and go to southern France before returning over the same path. The pre-wedding is certainly one-of-a-kind, as is the luxury cruise.
According to a TOI article, the cruise costs USD 900 million, which when converted to INR is Rs. 74,96,97,30,000 (roughly 7,500 crore). Each suite costs approximately Rs. 60 lakh and includes opulent amenities such as spas, gyms, swimming pools, and more.

According to the invitation, the wedding will take place on July 12, 2024, at the Jio World Centre in BKC, Mumbai, following conventional Hindu Vedic traditions. The wedding card is red with gold embellishments and has Ram-Sita in the centre. It is a wonderfully holy representation of Hindu mythology in the most delightful way.

On May 30, 2024, we were happy to attend the Ambanis’ cruise celebration, which began with a high-energy performance by Backstreet Boys, the iconic boy band. Dressed in their typical all-white attire, the boys lit up the stage with their classic songs, making the opening day of the ‘stellar Nights’ cruise celebrations a true stellar event.
