The release date for the Fighter teaser is December 8, 2023. To add to the anticipation, the team recently released new posters featuring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor.

Director Siddharth Anand teased fans with a short video clip showcasing a Radiogram conversation between Squadron leaders Patty (Hrithik Roshan) and Minni (Deepika Padukone) in a recent Instagram post. As the clip progresses, the big announcement for fans is made: the teaser will be released on December 8, 2023, at 11 a.m. “Locked,” the caption alongside the post teases. Loaded. Ready to go. Tomorrow’s #FighterTeaser.”
The announcement sparked a flood of joy among fans, who took to social media to express their delight. Overall, comments poured in, with fans wishing the best and eagerly awaiting the release.
As previously stated, the team released first-look posters that provide insight into the characters played by the lead cast. Hrithik Roshan plays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania (Patty), and Deepika Padukone plays Squadron Leader Minal Rathore (Minni).

Finally, Anil Kapoor plays Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh (Rocky), the commanding officer. Fighter will be available on January 25, 2024. The storyline and cast are exciting, but so is the possibility of its release in various formats. Though official confirmation is still pending, rumors suggest that the film will be released in 3D and IMAX 3D formats.
The marketing strategy for Fighter has been revealed, which adds to the excitement. In early December, a 50-day marketing campaign will begin. Overall, this campaign intends to take the audience on a unique journey, heightening their anticipation and excitement.
FIGHTER (2024 film)
Fighter is a Hindi language action film directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures. Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, and Anil Kapoor star in the film, which is the first in a planned aerial action franchise. The film will be released on January 10, 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant delays in pre-production.
Principal photography finally began in November 2022, with filming taking place in Assam, Hyderabad, Jammu and Kashmir, and Mumbai, and wrapping in late October. Real-life Indian Air Force cadets assisted with the production.The soundtrack album for the film, composed by Vishal-Shekhar, contains five songs, and Satchith Paulose serves as cinematographer. DNEG is in charge of the visuals.
Fighter was supposed to be released in theaters on September 30, 2022, but it was pushed back due to production delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be released in theaters on January 25, 2024, coinciding with the Republic Day weekend.
In January 2021, Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan were officially announced as the leads marking their maiden film together. Roshan portrays Patty, an air force officer. Roshan revealed his character as “young, spontaneous and short-tempered”. Padukone also plays an air force officer and has several action sequences in the film. Both Padukone and Roshan took martial arts training for their roles. Anil Kapoor joined the cast in December 2021. Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi were roped in by November 2022. In March 2023, Talat Aziz joined the cast to play role of Patty’s father in the film. In May 2023, Sanjeeda Sheikh was confirmed to play a key role.
