Qualification and experience

Senior Resident :
- PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate degree with at least two years of post-MBBS experience, with one year spent as a junior resident in the relevant specialty at a government hospital.
Full-Time Specialists :
- PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university with 03 years experience after the PG Degree and 05 years of experience after the PG Diploma.
Part-Time Specialists :
- PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from a recognized university with 03 years experience after a PG Degree or 05 years experience after PG Diploma.
Tenure
The tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024 is as follows :
- For the Senior Resident post, the applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year or until the joining of regular medical officers, whichever is earlier.
- For the Full Time/Part Time Specialists post, the applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year, extendable up to 03 years.
Salary
The salary for ESIC Recruitment 2024 is specified in the official notification :
Senior Resident :
- Rs.56100 plus other allowances for MBBS
- Rs.67700 plus other allowances for PG Degree or PG Diploma or MD/MS/DNB
Full Time/Part-time Specialists :
- Junior Specialist – Rs.106000 per month
- Senior Specialist – Rs.123000 per month
- Part Time Specialist – Rs.60000 per month
Application fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs.250, in the form of a non-refundable demand draft. The demand draft should be payable to SBI, Jammu, in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1,” as per the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2024.
