The opening ceremony of the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023 brought together some of the biggest personalities in the business, making for a dazzling Friday night in Mumbai. Walked the red carpet in their festive finery were Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Kamal Haasan, Karan Johar, Diana Penty, Jim Sarbh, and Randeep Hooda. Together, Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades made appearances alongside Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal. Tejasswi Prakash, Kritika Kamra, and Shanaya Kapoor all looked amazing on the red carpet. Saif Ali Khan attended the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023 in style. But he showed up on the red carpet beside Karisma Kapoor, his sister-in-law. For those who do not know, MAMI is India’s largest film festival, and this is its inaugural year at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Centre. It’s true that Priyanka Chopra traveled from the US for the occasion, and we saw a number of other famous people walking the red carpet.

Saif and Karisma made an elegant entrance on the Jio MAMI Film Festival red carpet on October 27, 2023. Wearing a mint green saree and accessorizing it with a full-sleeved blouse with a close-neck, Karisma looked stunning as always. Her hair was pulled back into a low bun and her makeup preserved a natural look. Saif, on the other hand, looked good with a sleeveless jacket and kurta the color of mint green.

As Saif and Karisma matched in their attire. Kareena was spotted wearing a unique black dress with rani pink-toned sleeves and a wide collar. It didn’t appear to be Bebo’s signature look, though.
Sonam Kapoor too looked amazing walking the Jio MAMI 2023 red carpet
Sonam attempted to look her best as she made a chic presence on the red carpet. She donned a peplum-style gown with layers of pearl detailing at the hem that had a black tone. She accessorized her ensemble with matching earrings and a large pearl necklace. Red lipstick and a low braided bun on her hair helped her maintain a gorgeous appearance. Sonam appeared to find it difficult to walk in pointed shoes, nevertheless, because of the pearl embellishment on the dress.
Kamal Haasan, Priyanka Chopra, and Others Dazzled on the Red Carpet
The Mumbai audience was astounded by Priyanka Chopra’s beautiful gown. She picked it out of designer Tony Ward’s collections. This year’s edition is chaired by Priyanka.

The Jio World Centre, a convention, theater, and concert hall complex located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), will host the event. The celebration will take place from now, on October 27, until November 5. With a record-breaking 1000+ entries for the South Asia program, the curation features over 40 World Premieres, 45 Asia Premieres, and 70+ South Asia Premieres.
