If you have any Johnsonville turkey Kielbasa sausage in your refrigerator, make sure to check it out. Approximately 35,000 pounds of the product are recalled because some consumers have reported finding “pieces of rubber” in the packaged meat.
The sausage’s manufacturer, Denmark-based Salm Partners, stated that the recalled goods were manufactured on October 30 and 31 and distributed to stores around the US.
The Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa Turkish labels read “05/17/24” and “05/18/24,” which are the best before dates, printed on the sides of the plastic packaging.

Additionally, the package of recalled goods has the establishment number stamp “P-32009” on it.
As per the news release issued by the Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture, there are currently no confirmed complaints of adverse reactions or harm resulting from the consumption of these items.
FSIS advises anyone who discovers the recalled items in their refrigerators to either discard them or take them back to the store where they were originally bought.
