Owners of Idiot Box Art, Emily Bright and Tamara Martin, told TMZ that Justin Bieber got in touch with them to turn this Hailey note into an artwork because it has a “special place in his heart.” They also mentioned that just before Hailey’s return from Paris Fashion Week, Justin wanted it brought to his house. He intended for his beautiful bride to receive this $5,000 artwork as a welcome gift.
