Together, Kate McKinnon and Billie Eilish on “Saturday Night Live” were hilarious.
Over the weekend, McKinnon made a comeback to the show as host, bringing with her her former persona, cat lady Barbara DeDrew. Following an 11-year tenure on the program until her departure in 2022, McKinnon co-starred with musical guest Eilish in a segment titled “Whiskers R We.”

Barbara is an old cat lover who takes in several cats at once. At their “Holiday Cat-tacular,” Eilish portrayed Paw-bree Hep-purrn, who assisted in holding up the cats for adoption. She was wearing a wig.
“A cat is a gift you have to feed,” McKinnon said in the sketch.
She called one cat “anAbyssinian, as in I’ll be seeing him in hell for destroying my couch.”
Mrs. Claus (who wore a hat), Maris-cat Hargitay, and Cindy Claw-ford were among the other cats up for adoption.
McKinnon once questioned whether Eilish was her daughter due of their many similarities. They made jokes about how much they loved Mariska Hargitay, how “Tár” was their favorite movie, and how “tush” was their favorite swear word. “I apologize if I seem a little strange, but I believe you to be my daughter,” McKinnon joked. After a while, Eilish raised a guinea pig. She giggled and broke character, saying, “This is Lula.” “Lula is a British Shorthair who underwent plastic surgery to deform herself beyond recognition.” This year, Eilish urged everyone to give cats to Santa.
Eilish Said, “When Santa’s not looking, fill his bag with cats.”
