She has also appeared in Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counsellor, American Horror Story: Delicate, and Disaster Movie, among others.

While Kim undoubtedly has expensive jewellery, she also owns some historically important items belonging to three legendary ladies of all time.

1. Princess Diana’s cross pendant necklace
Last year, Kim Kardashian purchased one of Princess Diana’s favourite jewellery items, the ‘Attallah Cross’. The item was sold at Sotheby’s London’s Royal and Noble auction for USD 197,453, which is equivalent to Rs. 1,63,63,394 after conversion. Previously, it was anticipated to sell for USD 120,000. The pendant was produced in the 1920s by Garrard, the official Crown Jeweller.
The cross pendant has flowery motifs that are enhanced by square-cut amethysts and circular-cut diamonds. Princess Diana was seen wearing the bejewelled crucifix in October 1987. She wore the priceless jewels with a Catherine Walker gown to a charity dinner in favour of Birthright, a philanthropic group dedicated to protecting human rights in pregnancy and delivery.
2. Jackie Kennedy’s Cartier tank watch
Jackie Kennedy, the wife of former American President John F. Kennedy, wore a Cartier Tank watch with every dress. The identical clock is now in the hands of Skims founder Kim. The gold watch with a black band was auctioned off at Christie’s in New York City in 2017, with a maximum bid of USD 120,000. However, the millionaire went crazy and bought the watch anonymously for a staggering USD 379,500 (Rs. 3,14,50,056).

The watch is not an elaborate item, with no pricey gems or jewels on it. The Cartier tank watch is a basic piece with an old-fashioned face and a black band, both rimmed in 18k gold. Jackie’s watch was produced in 1962 and presented to her by her brother-in-law, Prince Stanislaw ‘Stas’ Radziwil, in February 1963, barely nine months before her husband, President John F. Kennedy, was slain. The inscription on the watch reads: ‘Stas to Jackie, 23 Feb. 1963. 2.05 am until 9.35 am.’
3: Elizabeth Taylor’s bracelets
Kim Kardashian bought three jade and diamond bracelets that formerly belonged to the legendary British-American actress Elizabeth Taylor. She paid around USD 65,000 for the bracelets, which is equivalent to Rs. 53,86,702 after conversion. Lorraine Schwartz, a famous jewellery designer, created the bracelets, which Christie’s auctioned in 2011 with numerous other items from Elizabeth Taylor’s collection. The whole collection was believed to be worth around USD 116 million.
The bracelets were sold for significantly more than their projected price of USD 8,000, with Kim K paying USD 64,900 in total. Schwartz, who purchased the bracelets for the Skims founder, stated that Taylor wore the white, black, and lavender bangles almost every day. Kim opted to buy from Taylor’s collection rather than the showroom since she has long admired the Hollywood legend.
