As the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of Ram Lalla was successfully completed in Ayodhya, let us meet God’s lawyer, K Parasaran, who helped him win in the Supreme Court.
India witnessed a historic day when Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratishtha ceremony was held in Ayodhya. Millions of Indians have dreamed of seeing Ram’s temple built in his janambhoomi, Ayodhya, for over 500 years. We are the fortunate ones who witnessed this historic day. Few people realize that the day came as a result of the outstanding work of Keshav Parasaran, a 91-year-old senior lawyer who represented Ram Lalla in the Supreme Court.
Who is Keshav Parasaran, the lawyer of God?
Keshav Parasaran is the man, who made Ram Lalla’s return to Ayodhya possible. He is a senior Supreme Court lawyer and the former Attorney General of India. He represented Lord Ram in the Ayodhya land dispute case on behalf of the Hindu parties. Parasaran was born in Srigrangam, Tamil Nadu, in 1927 into a religious Hindu family. Keshav Parasaran helped Lord Ram win the legal battle in 2019
When it comes to the legal battle over Ram Janambhumi, one of the most notable names is Keshav Parasaran. In November 2019, a five-judge bench comprised of Justices Ashok Bhushan, SA Bobde, CJI Ranjan Gogoi, DY Chandrachud, and S Abdul Nazeer delivered the iconic verdict on the Ayodhya dispute, making history.
Keshav Parasaran was appointed to present Lord Ram’s case in 2019. As a sign of his devotion to Lord Ram, he always entered the court barefooted and refused to sit down. His belief added a spiritual dimension to the case by stating that he could not sit while representing Lord Ram.
K Parasaran challenged the opposing parties’ claims, stating that Ayodhya has numerous mosques for Muslims. He further challenged the opposing parties by saying, ‘Once a temple, always a temple.’ During a media interview, Parasaran stated that the argument he presented in the case was motivated by his deep love for Lord Ram.
K Parasaran was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2003 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2011. As Ram Lalla arrived in Ayodhya in full glory, Parasaran deserves a lot of credit for changing the history books and making the Hindu religion a historical fact rather than a myth.
