In its IMAX screenings, The Marvels promises to transport you higher, further, and quicker.
The Marvels, the next movie in Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has a new teaser that emphasizes the IMAX experience. On November 10, The Marvels will open in regular and IMAX theaters.
Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel (Brie Larsen), teams up with Kamala Khan, called Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) in the next MCU film The Marvels. Samuel L. Jackson, who is reprising his role as Nick Fury, joins the unexpected alliance. Goose, a fan-favorite animal, is also back for a piece of the action.
The IMAX video promises “higher, further, faster,” for IMAX audiences, in contrast to earlier teasers that concentrated on the relationships between the three stars and the film’s more humorous beats. Marvel also unveiled a brand-new poster for its Marvels IMAX showings.
The Marvels will be shown exclusively in Expanded Aspect Ratio for its IMAX screenings, similar to other MCU movies, allowing IMAX audiences to see more of the action. When the movie eventually launches on streaming services like Disney+, the Expanded Aspect Ratio version of the movie is likely to be made available there as well.
After Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, The Marvels is the third movie in Marvel’s Phase 5. The Marvels, according to director Nia DaCosta, will help moviegoers overcome their aversion to superhero films by offering them something fresh and engaging. “The biggest difference from the other MCU movies to date is that it’s really wacky and silly,” DaCosta remarked of the picture.

if you want to watch the MCU in-universe in order. Therefore, Chris Evans has Robert Downey Jr. beat in the story, even though Iron Man, which was set and released in 2008, may lay claim to the title of being the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is due to the 1942 setting of Evans’ origin narrative as Captain America in The First Avenger. The Tessarect, an energy cube that kickstarts the Infinity Saga and culminates in the 2019 film Avengers: Endgame, is also completely introduced there for the first time.
The following film in the chronology is Captain Marvel, a box office smash starring Brie Larson as the intergalactic Carol Danvers and set in 1995. Then it’s time to launch into Iron Man and RDJ’s iconic performance as Tony Stark. After that, the films can be viewed in order of release, with the exception of Black Widow from 2021, which takes place in the wake of Captain America: Civil War from 2016.
There was a time jump of five years through the climactic conclusion of Endgame (which essentially wrapped up the first three MCU phases), setting the most of it in Phase 4 and later in the near future. With Hawkeye, Loki, Wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Shang-Chi driving the plot forward, Phase 4 has invited its lineup of series to really do some heavy lifting. Then came the massive Far From Home and No Way Home Spider-Man one-two punch. Following that, the publication dates of Moon Knight, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and now Thor: Love and Thunder are all chronologically ordered. We have since included She-Hulk.
The list above is your guide if you wish to see the MCU in order of film release.
