Priyanka Chopra is preparing to return to India for an event with her daughter, Malti. She did, however, wish her cousin Meera Chopra, whose wedding she missed last week.
Priyanka Chopra is returning to India with her daughter, Malti Marie Chopra, after nearly a year. The stunning actress missed her cousin sister Meera Chopra’s wedding just a week ago. For those who don’t know, both Priyanka and Parineeti missed Meera’s wedding. However, almost two days later, Priyanka sent a message of congratulations to her cousin Meera on her new beginnings. She also posted a sweet snapshot of her baby girl, Malti, on the flight.

On March 14, 2024, Priyanka shared her sister Meera’s wedding photos with her fiance on Instagram Stories. Priyanka greeted the couple, writing, “Congratulations @MeeraChopra @Rakshit25, here’s to forever.” Lots of love. For those who are unaware, Meera mentioned in a media interview that she plans to invite Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas to the celebrations but is unsure whether they would attend. Meera also admitted to not having a strong bond with Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra.

Priyanka just announced on Instagram Stories that she and her daughter, Malti, will be visiting India. The actress posted a sweet selfie with her baby child, Malti, who was dressed in a pink shirt and was enjoying her pacifier. Above that, Priyanka wrote,
“Mumbai meri jaan. Here we go.”
Priyanka Chopra snubbed Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding bash
Not only did Priyanka miss Meera Chopra’s wedding, but she also missed Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s lavish pre-wedding party. Her mother, Madhu Chopra, arrived in style on behalf of her daughter and the Jonas family in Jamnagar. In an interview with Instant Bollywood, Madhu Chopra was questioned why Priyanka was not there at the Ambani party. To which she responded,
“She will make up for it, don’t worry.”
Priyanka Chopra also missed Parineeti Chopra’s wedding to Raghav Chadha
Surprisingly, Priyanka Chopra did not even attend her closest cousin, Parineeti Chopra’s wedding to Raghav Chadha in September 2023. However, Priyanka’s mother characterized her at the time, stating that she was preoccupied with work. On the other side, Priyanka lavished Parineeti with affection and congratulated her on entering the happiest time of her life.
