In India, the Saudi Crown Prince: PM Modi claimed that an economic corridor would not only link Saudi Arabia and India but also contribute to the expansion of Asia and Europe.
After their Monday bilateral meeting in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that Saudi Arabia is one of India’s most significant strategic partners. The minutes of the India-Saudi Strategic Partnership Council’s inaugural meeting, which was held in Hyderabad House, were also signed by both leaders.
“Our mutual collaboration is essential for peace and security in the entire region since we are two of the largest and fastest-growing economies in the world. In our discussions, we have identified a number of measures to advance our collaboration. The discussions we had today will give our relationships fresh momentum and direction. At a joint press conference, Modi stated, “This will give us inspiration to work together for the sake of humanity.
Modi added in reference to the old trade route connecting India, West Asia, and Europe, “Yesterday, we made the decision to launch the historic economic corridor… In addition to joining two nations, this corridor will support digital connectivity between Asia, West Asia, and Europe as well as economic growth in those regions. Saudi Arabia has experienced phenomenal economic progress thanks to your leadership and vision 2030.
India, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the European Union made a historic agreement to start a massive maritime and rail connectivity corridor between India, the Middle East, and Europe on Saturday during the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
In a historic and groundbreaking project, the US, India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the EU, France, Italy, and Germany are working together on connectivity and infrastructure.
The G20 Summit was managed by Modi between September 9 and 10, and he was complimented on the projects that were successful, such as the economic corridor.

We are focusing on potential future opportunities today. The conference was attended by the minister of external affairs, S. Jaishankar, the national security adviser, Ajit Doval, and others.

Saudi Crown Prince traveling to India for official business
The G20 Summit was attended by the Saudi Crown Prince, who were in India on a three-day state visit.
The Committee on Political, Security, Social, and Cultural Cooperation and the Committee on Economy and Investments Cooperation are the two ministerial committees of the Strategic Partnership Council that Modi and the crown prince assessed the progress made under.
Along with these topics, Modi and the Saudi Arabian ruler also spoke about trade, economics, culture, and people-to-people links as well as political, security, and military aspects of their bilateral relations. The two presidents will also talk about global and regional topics of shared interest.
A high-level group, comprising Ministers and senior officials, followed the Saudi crown prince.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was given a formal welcome at Rashtrapati Bhavan before meeting with Modi.
The prince then went to see the guard of honor for the various defense services. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed his congratulations to India for a productive G20 presidency in a brief message.
“Well done India,” he said in response to a question from a reporter, “a lot of announcements were made that will benefit both our nations, the G20 nations, and the entire world. So I want to congratulate India and say that we will endeavor to secure a bright future for both nations.
He is expected to speak with President Droupadi Murmu later in the day.

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman remarked, “We look forward to the integration of the initiative and the economic corridor project which is announced in this meeting,” during a speech at the G20 Summit. According to Modi, the massive agreement would give connection and sustainability worldwide a sustainable orientation. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has already paid India a State visit in February 2019, and this trip will mark his second State visit to the nation.
“Saudi Arabia and India enjoy long-standing, cordial ties and frequent people-to-people exchanges. In FY 2022–23, according to a previous news release from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), bilateral trade hit an all-time high of USD 52.75 billion.
Saudi Arabia is India’s fourth-largest trading partner, while India is Saudi Arabia’s second-largest trading partner. According to a statement issued earlier by the MEA, the two nations also have a strong collaboration in the field of energy.
Along with the G20 Leaders Summit, Saudi Arabia also held a three-day conference to showcase the nation’s most innovative initiatives across a range of industries.
