In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sidharth Malhotra discussed the same and revealed, “We are very happy with the love that we have gotten for that film (Shershaah) even though love story was a very short part of that film. It was hardly like 12 minutes or 15 minutes in the film but I think the real life love story of Captain Vikram Batra and Dimple also resonates through really well.”

Next, the actor was asked the most poignant question by countless of his fans: is there any chance of him working on another love story with his wife, Kiara, on the big screen? In his response, the actor smiled and revealed that it all came down to whether a filmmaker would cast them together. Furthermore, he revealed that the two of them have a strong desire to work on a full-fledged love story with each other. In his own words, “That’s up to asking the directors and filmmakers. We would love to do a full-fledged love story. It’s just up to us, finding the right content, and the right script. I’ll take this message back home and let’s see and also take it to other directors and give them hints.”

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, like many other celebrity couples, celebrated the New Year 2024 by taking a vacation together in the mountains. Kiara took to Instagram on January 1, 2024, and posted a photo of herself with her darling husband, wishing everyone a happy new year. The captured image showed the couple in the midst of a snowboarding adventure. Kiara captioned the photo as follows, “2023 – so much to be grateful for 2024 – coming for you baby. Happy New Year P.S:- he loves kala chashma so much, we had 4.”
