Sunny Deol of ‘Gadar 2’ fame told up about his childhood and disclosed that he struggled from dyslexia when he was younger.
Sunny Deol is one of the most promising actors in the Hindi cinema business. Following in his father Dharmendra’s footsteps, the actor has built a name for himself in the film industry. In 1983, he made his acting debut in the film Betaab. Later, he worked on hit films such as Indian, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Ghayal, Apne, Darr, Border, Damini, and many more. Furthermore, the actor is currently enjoying tremendous success with his just released film, Gadar 2.
Sunny Deol discusses his youth and confesses that he was dyslexic
Sunny Deol discussed his childhood in his most recent interview with Ranveer Allahbadia. When asked about it, the actor claimed that he was dyslexic when he was younger. The actor also stated that he was beaten up because others didn’t understand his situation and assumed he was bad at school. Sunny went on to explain further, Mai dyslexic tha. Sunny also admitted in the same chat that he still struggles with reading and writing. Sunny discusses whether being dyslexic was difficult in childhood
Sunny disclosed another little-known detail about himself when asked if being dyslexic was a hardship for him as a child. In response to the query, the actor disclosed that, despite being dyslexic, he had a high IQ as a child. Sunny mentioned how he avoided public speaking in the early years of his career, saying, Mera IQ bahut high that. Sunny has previously spoken to Bollywood Hungama about increasing his remuneration every film to Rs. 50 crores after Gadar 2 became a box office success. When asked about it, the actor stated that money is a personal problem for everyone, including himself. Sunny went on to explain further, First of all, I feel money matters are very personal. No one shares exactly what he or she earns, even to the close ones. Secondly, what I charge or don’t charge will be decided when I sign my next film. Right now, we are all trying to process of enormity of the success of Gadar 2.
