In our view, the education system is the main responsible for the Bihar school system.
Any society’s destiny is greatly influenced by its educational system. Over the years, the education system in the eastern Indian state of Bihar has encountered several difficulties. But even with these difficulties, there are chances for development and advancement.

The main reason for the bad education system and the school system is our loving society. Why am i saying because our society never takes responsibility? There are so many reasons for this, and the reasons are the following.
- The middle class and the higher class never want to send their children to the government school. So they never ask any questions on this topic and the main tax payee of this country are they but they never raise their voice against it. The lower middle class and the lower class do not take responsibility against it. They only think about their stomach and they only abuse the system but they do nothing against this system.
- They think education is nothing; they only send their children to work if they send their children to school. the reason behind this is only the midday meal. The government is also the main reason they never take any big action on this. The teachers are also never taken seriously against the children.
- All the functions that happen in the village or their kasbah are celebrated in the nearby government school. For example, if there is a marriage in the village or kasbah, then the arrangement of stay and food for invited guests would be held in the nearby government school. After the function is over, they don’t even clean the place; they leave the school messy. For two days all the classes are suspended and they suffer with no education. Many of those functions our loving leaders also visit that function and enjoy the future of our country and many of them also give big speeches about our children’s education and the progress of our country. Think also and laugh also; many of the bureaucrats also visit and they move to and fro of their loving Netjee and they play the future of our and their loving janta.
- The infrastructure is also not too good due to the corruption of the thekedar and our most loving local leaders like mukhiya and sarpanch and the low-level bureaucrats like B.D.O.
- We can not say that teachers are not also responsible for this; we know that they are able to teach but society does what we say already on top so they don’t want to make enemies. But in some cases teachers also do not want to teach. They only come to school for making attendance and for salary. Many of the teachers also do not know how to teach, actually; they got their job through corruption.
